ADOPTIONS

Second Noah has a selection of animals waiting for that perfect home. All of our animals are vet checked, up to date on vaccinations, and are spayed/neutered at the appropriate age. All are home cared, introduced to other animals, and are crate trained.

Second Noah has a modest adoption fee to help cover the expenses of vet care for all animals. We have an adoption application, so we know a little about your household and information about potential living arrangements for the animal. We will also need to know if you have a regular vet. There is also an adoption contract outlining your legal responsibility towards your new pet, as well as our rights to recover the pet if the need arises. Any animal too young to be spayed or neutered will require a deposit to insure that surgery is completed in a timely manner. This deposit is required by Michigan law. The deposit is refunded when you provide Second Noah with proof of surgery.

Second Noah provides a "get acquainted" period, in which adoption fees are refunded if the animal is not a suitable match for your household.

Because we require at least one home visit to insure that the adoption will be a success, and the requirements for proper care are met, Second Noah at this time cannot place animals outside Michigan.
